Snap Hooks are used to add some extra security to the tie down job thanks to their reliable spring-loaded locking latch that keeps the hook from disconnecting from the anchor point. This makes it easier to hook ... and unhook the end fitting for quicker securement. Available in sizes 1", 1 3/4", and 2", our Snap Hooks are engineered with the strength to match our webbing and hardware for a reliable tie down strap.

Our Snap Hooks are engineered from heat-treated carbon steel and come in different styles, including twisted and forged. The twisted style is designed to help prevent the strap from twisting. Twisting a strap can reduce its original working load limit, so it’s not as strong and doesn’t have as solid of a grip over the load. To avoid this from happening, we’ve twisted some of our Snap Hooks to help keep the strap straight and strong. Forged Snap Hooks are thicker than the others, lending to a more durable end fitting to help handle the heavy-duty jobs with ease.
